The Seventh International Conference on Cognitive Science
From June 20 to June 24, 2016 the Seventh international conference on cognitive science has taken place in Svetlogorsk, the Kaliningrad region. On the first day of the conference the vice-rector for innovative international projects in RSUH, the head of Centre for Cognitive Programs and Technologies, Prof., Dr. Vera I. Zabotkina gave a talk on "From integration challenge in cognitive science to integrated methodology" which evoked a great interest of the audience. During these days conference has brought together hundreds of psychologists, specialists in pedagogics, artificial intelligence, neuroinformatics, cognitive ergonomics and computer sciences, the philosophers, anthropologists and other experts working in the field of cognitive sciences. Famous scholars were among them, in particular, Konstantin V. Anokhin, Boris M. Velichkovsky, Zhanna M. Glozman, Tatiana V. Chernigovskaya etc.
The conference has been organized by Institute of psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Interregional Association for Cognitive Studies (IACS), Interregional public foundation "Center for the Development of Interpersonal Communication" and Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University supported by Government of the Kaliningrad Region The proceedings of the conference have been published in the collection of abstracts "The Seventh International Conference on Cognitive Science. Abstracts".
